RESOLUTIOR NO. 3901
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTINfi A MEMBER TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Commissioner E.M. Dominguez's term has expired on
the Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the fo1;owing person is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the Planning Commission in the position vacated:
Jerry Rombotis for a term to expire in April, 1380.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held the
1st day of June , 1976.
