RESOLUTION NO. 3918
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHOR- IZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. 1036 FOR CON- STRUCTION OF A COMFORT STATION AT LAGUNA RIVIERA.
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for
the construction of a comfort station at Laguna Riviera Park, Con-
tract No. 1036; and,
WHEREAS, the low bid received for this construction was sub-
mitted by Shelstead Construction in the amount of $18,950.00 and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $18,950.00 by Shelstead Construction of Del
Mar for Contract No. 1036, for construction of a comfort station
at Laguna Riviera Park is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract therefor.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad held the 1st day of June I
1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and Councilwoman Casler NOES : None
ABSENT : None
