RESOLUTION NO. 3919
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING THRF,E MEMBERS TO THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Traffic Safety Commission
members Lt. Col. A1 Wood and William C. Harkins expire in July,
1976; and
WHEREAS, Traffic Safety Commission member A.W. “Tadtr Pahl, Jr.
has resigned from his term which expires in July, 1977;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Traffic Safety Commission:
Mr. G. S. Moore, Jr. for an unexpired term which expires in July, 1977.
3. That the following two persons are hereby appointed to serve as members of the Traffic Safety Commission:
Mr. W illiam C. Harkins , and
Mr. Michae 1 R. Riley for terms to expire in July, 1978.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 6th day of July I
1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Skotnicki, Packard and
Councilwoman Casler. NOES: None
ABSENT: None
