RESOLUTION NO. 3943
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES CERTAIN
PREVIOUSLY REJECTED STREETS REQUIRED BY CARLSBAD TRACT
75-4 (LA COSTA ESTATES NORTH).
THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. The following streets, known as Candil Way, Candil Place
and Managua Place located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San
Diego, State of California offered for dedication according to map
thereof No. 8302, recorded May 5, 1976, which were previously re-
jected by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for public street
purposes, is now hereby accepted for public street purposes.
2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall cause a cer-
tified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County and to cause a copy thereof to
be forwarded to the County Assessor of the County of San Diego,
State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held the 6th day of
July _, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
