RESOLUTION NO. 3944
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING YIELD CONTROL ON
FOREST AVENUE AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH OLIVE
DRIVE.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
s follows:
That yield control be established on Forest Avenue at its
ntersection with Olive Drive, thereby requiring westbound traffic
n Forest Avenue to yield to all traffic on Olive Drive.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
ity Council of the City of Carlsbad held the 6th day of July ,
976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES; Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES: None
Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
