RESOLUTION NO. 3951
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAFUSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. 1034 FOR THE
RESTORATION OF THE MAGEE HOUSE.
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad
for the restoration of the Magee House Contract No. 1034; and,
WHEREAS, the low bid received for this construction was
submitted by Helton Construction Co. in the amount of $73,356.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $73,356.00 by Helton Construction Co. of
Carlsbad for Contract No. 1034, for restoration of the Magee
House is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract therefore.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held the 6th day of
July , 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None
