A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING CITY-AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad desires to establish certain
5ty-Agency relationships with the Carlsbad Redevelopment Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
:ity of Carlsbad that the Agreement entitled:
"Agreement Between the City of Carlsbad and the
Carlsbad Redevelopment Agency Establishing Certain
City-Agency Relationships"
-s approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said Agreement
ior the City.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
:ity Council of the City of Carlsbad held the 6th day of
Jul v , 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
