RESOLUTION NO. 3962
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, MODIFYING
RESOLUTION NO. 3939, CONCERNING THE EFFEC-
TIVE DATE OF ANY SALARY PLAN ADOPTED AFTER
JULY 1, 1976.
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 3939, a
statement of intent concerning the effective date of any salary
ilan adopted after July 1, 1976; and
WHEREAS, the City Council through the City Manager has
2ompleted meet and confer negotiations with three employee groups
regarding salaries for the 1976-1977 Fiscal Year; and
WHEREAS, preparation of the implementing documents will
3elay formal City Council adoption of all salary plans prior
to July 6, 1976;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That any salary plan adopted for Fiscal Year 1976-1977,
prior to or on July 20, 1976, shall be effective on July 1, 1976.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 6th day of julv , 1976,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
Councilwoman
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
