RESOLUTION NO. 3977
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
FOR THE BICENTENNIAL CELEBRATION. THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR OVERTIME COSTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
1s follows:
1. That the transfer of one thousand seven hundred seventy-
six ($1,776.00) dollars for overtime costs in connection with the
3icentennial celebration from the Contingency Fund to various
lepartment accounts is hereby authorized and approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 1 form
Dn file in said department and incorporated by reference herein is

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
:ity Council on the 3rd day of ausust , 1976 by the
