RESOLUTION NO. 3984
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 3956, BY AMENDMENT OF THE
SALARY PLAN FOR CERTAIN EXECUTIVE AND
FISCAL YEAR TO ADD THE POSITION OF GENERAL
MANAGER, JOINT WATER POLLUTION CONTROL
FACILITIES.
ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE 1976-77
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council
:oncurs that the addition of the position of General Manager,
Joint Water Pollution Control Facilities, to the City's Salary
?lan for Certain Executive and Administrative Personnel for
:he 1976-77 Fiscal Year, is necessary as the City serves as
:he administrator of said joint facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
lity of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above facts are true and correct.
2. That the City Council authorizes and directs the
2ddition of the position of General Manager, Joint Water Pollution
Zontrol Facilities, to the Executive Salary Schedule, Fiscal
Year 1976-77, set forth in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, attached
hereto and made a part hereof, adopted as the salary plan
Df the City of Carlsbad for all employees covered by said schedule:
for Fiscal Year 1976-77;
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 3rd day of August , 1976,
by the following vote, to wit:
