RESOLUTION NO. 3930
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE CARLSBAD
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR CERTAIN PROMOTIONAL
AND INFORMATION SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT AND APPROVING
ANNUAL STATEMENT OF CHAMBER SERVICES TO THE CITY
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1976-77.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Ialifornia as follows:
1. That the certain Agreement between the City of Carlsbad
md the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce for promotional and infor-
national services, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked
Cxhibit 'A' and made a part thereof, is hereby approved.
2. The Annual Statement of Chamber Services to the City,
ittached hereto, marked Exhibit 'B' is hereby approved pursuant
:o the Agreement wherein the City will pay the Chamber $25,000 S-
.or Basic Services anq.$10,000 for Special Services as shown in
Ixhibit 'B'.
3. That the City Council shall review each activity proposed
tnder Special Services prior to authorizing expenditure of funds.
4. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
ind directed to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the Citl
)f Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
lity Council on the 17th day of 8uqus-t , 1976, by the
