RESOLUTION NO. 4007
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF FIVE SEDANS AND A PICKUP TRUCK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Weseloh Chevrolet; 5335 Paseo del Norte;
Carlsbad, California, is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute a contract for the purchase of five
sedans and a pickup truck in the amount of $22,413.84.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 21stday of
September , 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilman Frazee, Lewis, Skotnicki and Packard
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilwoman Casler
