RESOLUTION NO. 4008
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR
THE PURCHASE OF A ONE TON TRUCK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Dixon Ford; 5555 Plaza del Norte;
Carlsbad, California, is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute a contract for the purchase of a
one ton truck in the amount of $7,547.56.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the Zlstday of
September , 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilman Frazee, Lewis, Skotnicki and Packard
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilwoman Casler
