RESOLUTION NO. 4009
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCI F THE C
OF CARLSBAD,CALIFORNIA, APPROVING WITH
CONDITIONS AN EXTENSION OF TENTATIVE MAP
(CT 74-16). (Sea Pines)

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on
:he 6th day of November, 1974 adopted Resolution 3540 approving
vith conditions Tentative Map (CT 74-16); and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on
:he 21st day of October, 1975 adopted Resolution 3764 approving
vith conditions the Tentative Map Extension of Carlsbad Tract
74-16; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year ex-
:ension of such map from November 6, 1976 to November 6, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to extend such
nap subject to additional conditions:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
:he City of Carlsbad as follows:
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B. That Tentative Map (CT 74-16) is hereby extended,
subject to the execution and/or fulfillment of all the conditions
If Resolution No. 3540 and 3764, and the following condition: the
street fronting on the proposed offsite park shall be dedicated
2nd improved to a line 42 feet from the easterly right-of-way
tine, and the complete cul-de-sacs, which are partially within the
)reposed offsite park, shall be dedicated and improved.
C. That said tentative map extension, together with the
)revisions for its design and improvement and subject to the above
:onditions, is consistent with all applicable general and specific
llans of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
:ity Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the
!lst day of September 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
