RESOLUTION NO. 4020
A RESOLIJTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3789 AND THE CERTIFICATE OF CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY ISSUED TO JACK KNOX DBA A-1 TAXI.

WHEREAS, Jack Knox DBA A-1 Taxi was granted a Cartificate of

WHEREAS, Carlsbad Municipal Code Section 5.20.090 provides

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the public interest, convenience and necessity will be served by granting the request of A-1 Taxi.
3. That Resolution No. 3789, paragraph 3(b) is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Two taxicabs are authorized."
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Zouncil held the -- 5th day of October , 1976, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
