4025 -- RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF
TENTATIVE MAP (CT 73-29) FOR A 253 UNIT RESI-
DENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED
NORTHERLY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF UNICORN10 STREET
BETWEEN AVENIDA DE PARAISO AND CHORLITO STREET.
(UNITS 1 AND 2). APPLICANT: KAISER-AETNA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the
5th day of November, 1974 adopted Resolution No. 3538 approving
rith conditions Tentative Map (CT 73-29); and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the
!lst day of October, 1975 adopted Resolution No. 3763 approving
rith conditions a one year extension of the Tentative Map (CT73-29)
!ram November 6, 1975 to November 6, 1976; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one year extension
If such map from November 6, 1976 to November 6, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to extend such
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
:ity of Carlsbad as follows:
A. That the above recitations are true and correct,
B. That Tentative Map (CT 73-29) is hereby extended,
subject to the execution and/or fulfillment of all the conditions
If Resolution No. 3538 and 3763.
C. That said Tentative Map extension, together with the
xovisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with all
ipplicable general and specific plans of the City of Carlsbad. an ad,journed
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at / regular meeting of the
Zarlsbad City Council held on the 26th day of I October ,1976
