RESOLlJTION NO. 4038
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR SURVEY COSTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the C:ity Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the transfer of seven hundred and fifty dollars
($750) from the Contingency Account to the City Council for
the cost of conducting an opinion survey is hereby authorized
and approved.
2. That the Department of Finance Request for Transfer
of Appropriation No. 8 is on file in said department and
incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 16th day of November , 1976 by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None
