RESOLUTION NO. 4359
.A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF THIRTY-
SEVEN SMIT1-I AND WESSON PISTOLS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Califonia, as follows:
1. That the bid of California Electronic Police Equipment
Company; 1627 E. Edinger; Santa Ana, CA 92705, is hereby
accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract for the purchase of thirty-seven Smith and Wesson Pistols
in the amount of $4,745.25 plus tax, for a total of $5,029.97.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of Cecember,
1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Pacltard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None
