RESOLUTION N0.4051
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE GIFT OF THE OCEANSIDE-CARLSBAD NOON OPTI-MRS. CLUB OF A POLOROID CAMERA AND
A HEALTH-0-METER SCALE.
WHEREAS, the Oceanside-Carlsbad Noon Opti-Mrs. Club has
offered to the City, for Police Department Juvenile Bureau use,
a Poloroid Camera and a Health-0-Meter Scale; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the gifts
pursuant to Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California
Government Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of the camera
and scale and wishes, on behalf of all of the citizens of the
City of Carlsbad, to express its appreciation for the generosity
of the Oceanside-Carlsbad Noon Opti-Mrs. Club.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the7th day of December , 1976,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: Councilman Lewis
