RESOLUTION NO. 4054
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO PORT-
ABLE CEMENT BREAKERS AND ACCESSORIES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Unistrut Los Angeles; 14600 Marquardt
\venue; Santa Fe Springs, California, is hereby accepted and the
City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the
purchase of two portable cement breakers and accessories in the
amount of $4,149.40 plus tax, for a total of $4,398.36.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of
December , 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Pac!tard, Skotn-lcki and
