RESOLUTION NO. 4055
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
THE BUDGET OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Carlsbad as
Eollows:
1. That the budget for the Parks and Recreation Department
is amended to have funds available in the Capital Outlay Account
L-132-3900 in the amount of $1,400 for the approved purchase and
installation of radios in Parks and Recreation Department vehicles.
2. That the amount of $1,400 be transferred from the
llaintenance of Equipment Account 1-132-2640.
3. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer Form No. 9 is on
yile in said Department and incorporated by reference herein is
ipproved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
'ity Council on the 7th day of December , 1976, by the
iollowing vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None
