RESOLUTION NO. 4058
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE CONTINGENCY
ACCOUNT TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT SALARY
ACCOUNT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the transfer of three thousand dollars
($3,000) from the Contingency Account to the Police Department
Salary Account for reimbursement of a detective differential
pay for Burglary Prevention Officers.
2. That the Department of Finance Request for Transfer
of Appropriation No, - 10 is on file in said department and
incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 7th day of December , 1976 by the
following vote, to wit:

NOES : None
Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
