RESOLUTION NO. 4055
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
FUNDS FOR TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR IN THE
ENGINEERING DEPARTmNT
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is experiencing a level of
2onstruction activity which necessitates the employment of an
3dditional construction inspector for a period of approximately
six to seven months,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the transfer of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred
Sollars ($12,500.00) from the ANTI-RECESSION FISCAL ASSISTANCE
?UND, Account #21-212-0900, to the ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT,
Zccount #21-127-2450, as shown on the Department of Finance Fund
L'ransfer, No. - 14 in a form on file in said department and incorpo-
rated by reference herein is approved.
2. That the City Manager is authorized to use the said
Eunds to hire and equip a temporary construction inspector.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
3ity of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 21st day of
December , 1976 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard and Skotnicki
NOES : None
ABSENT: Councilwoman Casler
