RESOLUTION NO. 4071
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE-CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT FOR AUTOMATIC AID TRIAL PERIOD WITH CITY OF OCEANSIDE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That an Automatic Aid program for fire protection
between the City of Carlsbad and the City of Oceanside on a 120
day trial basis is hereby accepted.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement between the two cities for this purpose, contingent
upon acceptance of this agreement by the Oceanside City Council.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 4th day of
January, 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and Councilwoman Casler
