RESOLUTION NO. 4078
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE CITY CLERK'S DEPARTMENT ELECTION ACCOUNT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
:arlsbad as follows:
1. That the transfer of five-hundred forty-seven dollars
ind eight cents ($547.08) from the Contingency Account to the
zity Clerk's Department Election Account for payment of services
rendered by the Registrar of Voters in connection with the
;enera1 Election held March 2, 1976, and for checking signatures
In petitions concerning the San Diego Gas b Electric Company stack.
2. That the Department of Finance Request for Transfer of
ippropriation No. 16 is on file in said department and
incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
:ity Council on the 18th day of January , 1977 by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard and Skotnicki
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilwoman Casler
