HomeMy WebLinkAbout1977-02-01; City Council; Resolution 4080A I I I 1( I.: 1: 0 1E 2c 27 22 2: 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 4080 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE WITH CONDITIONS TENTATIVE ,MAP (CT 76-17) FOR A 212-LOT SUBDIVISION ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF LA COSTA AVENUE BETWEEN CADENCIA STREET AND GIBRALTAR. APPLICANT: LA COSTA LAND COIIIPANY. CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING WHEREAS, on December 8, 1976, the Carlsbad City Planning :ommission adopted Resolution No. 1300 recommending to the City Zouncil that Tentative Map (CT 76-17) be conditionally approved: snd WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on January 4, 1977, considered the recommendation of the Planning Zommission; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was certified as iomplete for a previously issued entitlement for this project, snd the Planning Director has found the Tentative Map (CT 76-17) to be in prior compliance with the City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinancne of 1972; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the 3ity of Carlsbad as follows: A. That the above recitations are true and correct. B. That said Tentative Map, together with the provisions €or its design and improvement and subject to the conditions of this resolution, is consistent with all applicable general and specific plans of the City of Carlsbad. C. That the findings of the Planning Commission, in Xesolution No. 1300, constitute the findings of the City Council in this matter. 1 1 l! 2( 2: 2: 2: 24 2: 2E 27 28 D. That Tentative Map (CT 76-17) is hereby approved subject to all applicable requirements of the Carlsbad Municipal :ode and to the satisfaction of the following conditions: 1. The approval is granted for the land described in the application and any attachments thereto and as shown on the Plot Plan submitted labeled Exhibit "C", dated November 12, 1976. The location of all roadways, parking areas, landscaping and other facilities or features shall be located substantially as shown on the plot plan labeled Exhibit "C", except or unless indicated otherwise herein. 2. Confirmation availability of service from the Leucadia County Water District will terminate: a) within six months of November 19, 1976; If the Tentative Map is not approved by the City b) Eighteen months after approval or conditional approval of the tentative map, if a final map is not recorded in that period; and c) which affect the sewer system or sewer capacity.
