RESOLUTION NO. 4095
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DISBANDING
CERTAIN CITY COMMITTEES.
WHEREAS, there are certain committees which no longer function
due to the changing needs of the City; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to disband these committees in their
present structure due to lack of need;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad that the following committees are now disbanded:
1. Cultural Goals Committee
2. Community Involvement Committee
3. Fire Protection Improvement Committee
4. Sign Committee
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held the 15th day of iebi-uary , 1977
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Couiici imen Frazee, Lewis, Skotnicki , Packard and Councilwoman
NOES: None.
ABSENT : None.
