A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING
THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE RESERVE
ACCOUNT TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT SALARY
ACCOUNT. -
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
is follows:
1. That the transfer of five thousand and one hundred
lollars ($5,100.00) from the Reserve Account to the Police
Iepartment Salary Account to hire one additional Police Sergeant.
2. That the Department of Finance Request for Transfer of
ippropriation No. 23 is on file in said department and incorporated
)y reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
:ouncil on the 15th day of Fe br u a ry , 1977, by the
following vote, to wit:

NOES : None.
ABSENT : None.
