RESOLUTION NO. 5020
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD DESIGNATING A PARKING RESTRICTION ON
PASEO DEL NORTE SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
That a NO PARKING zone be established on the west side of
Paseo del Norte from Palomar Airport Road southerly for a
distance of 750 feet.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 5th day of April , 1977
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Skotnicki , Packard and Councilwoman Cas1 er.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
