RESOLUTION NO. 5026
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS FOR CONTRACT NO. 1030, THE CONSTRUCTION
OF WATERLINE IMPROVEMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
s follows:
1. That the transfer of ten thousand ($10,000) dollars
:or Contract No. 1030, the construction of waterline improvements
.s hereby authorized and approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 33, form
in file in said department and incorporated by reference herein,
s approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
5ty Council on the 5th day of , 1977 by the
'ollowing vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Skotnicki, Packard and Councilwomar
NOES : None.
