RESOLUTION NO. 50 36
as follows:
1. That the bid of Aquarius Structures; 1364 Pioneer Way;
El Cajon, California, is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is hereby authorized to execute a contract in the amount of
$11,194.00.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of
April 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A MODULAR OFFICE UNIT.
