RESOLUTION NO. 5039
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
A MEMBER TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD PLANNING
COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Planning Commission member STEPHEN L'HEUREUX's
term of office expires in April, 1977;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the City of Carlsbad Planning Commission in that
position vacated: JO WOODWARD for a term to
zxpire in April, 1979.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the
3ity of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held the
3rd day of M aY , 1977.
