RESOLUTION NO. 5041
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD HOUSING COMMIS-
SION.
WHEREAS, Commissioner LILLIAN FOX'S term expires during
lpril, 1977, as a member of the Housing Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
:ity of Carlsbad, as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
2s a member of the Carlsbad Housing Commission in the position
vacated: LILLIAN FOX for a term to expire
april 1979.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held on the
3rd day of May , 1977.
