RESOLUTION NO. 5059
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
GROUND EQUIPMENT.
A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF PLAY-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
s follows:
1. That the bid of Gametime Park and Recreation Products;
l.0. Box 17930; Irvine, Ca. 92680, is hereby accepted and the
:ity Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract in the
(mount of $5,291.00, plus tax, for a total of $5,608.46.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
;ity of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of
