A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIAf DESIGNATING YIELD CONTROL
ON HARBORVIEW LANE AND ON HOOVER STREET AT THEIR
INTERSECTIONS WITH ADAMS STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
That YIELD control be established on:
1. Harborview Lane at its intersection with Adams Street,
thereby requiring westbound traffic on Harborview Lane to yield
to all traffic on Adams Street;
2. Hoover Street at its intersection with Adams Street,
thereby requiring westbound traffic on Hoover Street to yield to
all traffic on Adams Street.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 3rd day of May f 1977
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
