RESOLUTION NO. 5065
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIAl DESIGNATING YIELD CONTROL
ON KELLY DRIVE AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH PARK DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
That yield control be established on Kelly Drive at its
intersection with Park Drive, thereby requiring southbound traffic
on Kelly Drive to yield to a11 traffic on Park Drive.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 3rd day of May 1 1977
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
