RESOLUTION NO. 5074
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE
BIDS FOR CONTRACT NO. 1041
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECI-
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
jetermined that it is necessary and in the public interest to replace curb,
gutter and sidewalks along various City streets; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all
labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation and other expense
7ecessary or incidental for said project, Contract No. 1041, have been
srepared and filed in the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad
3nd are incorporated by reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the plans and specifications as presented are
here by approved.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
authorized and directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with law,
notice to contractors inviting bids for replacement of curb, gutter and
sidewalks along various City streets, hereinafter described, in accordance
with the plans and specifications hereabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of May, 1977 by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None
