RESOLUTION NO. 5077
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING FOR PUBLIC STREET
PURPOSES CERTAIN PREVIOUSLY REJECTED EASEMENTS
REQUIRED BY CARLSBAD TRACT 76-2 (ROYAL HOMES NO. 6)
UNITS 1, 2, and 3.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
6 1 resolve as follows:
1. The following described real property located in the
8IICity of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
9(particularly described as Lot "E", reserved for future street
10 according to Map thereof No. 5493, recorded November 10, 1964,

which was previously rejected by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad for public street purposes, is now hereby accepted for
13||public street purposes.
2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall cause a
15||certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County and to cause a copy thereof
to be forwarded to the County Assessor of the County of San Diego,
18||state of California.
19II PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
20||city Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held the 17th
{ of May , 1977 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilman Frazee, Lewis, Packard and
Councilwoman Casler
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Skotnicki
