RESOLUTION NO. 5379
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
IZING FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A TANDEM TRAILER.
A BID, AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT AND AUTHOF-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,

1 California, as follows:
1. That the bid of International Harvester Company; 455
North Marshall Avenue; El Cajon, California 92020, is hereby
accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
a contract for the purchase of a tandem trailer at a cost of
$4,969, plus tax, for a total of $5,267.14.
2. That the expenditure of $1,360.14 is hereby authorized
out of fund 1-128-2440 of the City of Carlsbad solely and
exclusively for the purpose of providing funds for the purchase
of a tandem trailer.
3. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 48 in a form
on file in said department and incorporated by reference herein
is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of
2111 -- May , 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
