A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED OF AN EASEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION SLOPE RIGHTS.
WHEREAS, on or about August 11, 1976 the City of Carlsbad I
acquired an easement for construction slope rights, more particu-
larly described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part

2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a Quitclaim Deed in the form shown on Exhibit "A" in favor
of Sommers Development Corporation.

hereof; and
WHEREAS, this easement is no longer required by the City of
Carlsbad;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 7th day of June , 1977 by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
