RESOLUTION NO. 51 03
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING THE ADDITION OF ONE
PRINCIPAL CIVIL ENGINEER VICE ONE
CIVIL ENGINEER ASSOCIATE IN FISCAL
YEAR 1976-1977 ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT BTJDGET .
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council
:oncurs that a change be authorized to add the position of
?rincipal Civil Engineer vice Civil Engineer Associate in the
mdget of the Engineering Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Jity of Carlsbad, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That the City Manager is authorized and directed -0 add
the position of one Principal Civil Engineer vice one Civil
Engineer Associate in the Fiscal Year 1976-1977 Engineering
Department Budget.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 7th
day of June , 1977 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None
ABSENT : None
