IESOLUTION NO. 5110
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA
ACCEPTING A GIFT OF MONEY FOR THE
PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE
PARAMEDIC PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City has received a check in the amount of
500.00 for the purchase of equipment for the Paramedic Program;

WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift pursuant
CI Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California Government Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
:ity of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accept the gift of money for
)aramedic equipment on behalf of all the citizens of the City of
larlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
larlsbad City Council held on the 7th day of June
,977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnjccki and Councilwoman Casler
