RESOLUTION NO. 51 12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO CONTRACT WITH ALTA
SYSTEMS OF CALIFORNIA, INC. FOR CABLE TELE-
VISION CONSULTANT SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has received applications for
cable television franchises; and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City to use a consultant,
Alta Systems of California, Inc., to review, evaluate and report
on these applications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, as follows:
1. That the above statements are true and correct;
2. That the City Manager is hereby directed and authorized
to contract with Alta Systems of California, Inc.,
for cable television consultant services as described
in the attached contract.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 7th day of June 1977, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
