RESOLUTION NO. 5
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAHLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING
THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL
FUND CONTINGENCIES ACCOUNT TO THE GENERAL
FUND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ACCOUNT.
BE IT XESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
is follows:
1. That the transfer of two thousand and five hundred dollars
:$2,500.00) from the General Fund Contingency Account (1-139-2790)
:o the City Attorney Professional Service Account (1-105-2450)
30 fund City of Carlsbad share of costs of constitutional challenge
:o federal unemployment compensation tax.
2. Tnat the Department of Finance Request for Transfer of
qpropriation No. 50 is on file in said department and incorporated
~y reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
:ity Council on the 7th day of June, 1977 by the following vote,
