RESOLUTION NO. 51 19
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. 1038 FOR
PAINTING CITY LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad
for painting City Library, Contract No. 1038; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for this construction was
submitted by Doric Painting of Los Angeles in the amount of
$6,700.00; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $10,000.00 were budgeted
in FY 1976-77 for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $6,700.00 by Doric Painting of Los Angeles
for Contract No. 1038 for painting City Library is hereby accepted
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
contract therefor.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held the 21St day of
June , 1977 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES :
NOES : None.
Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard and Councilwoman Casler.
AB SENT: Councilman Skotnicki.
