RESOLUTION NO. 5143 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, EXTENDING
AGREEMENT EMPLOYING PROJECT CONSULTANT
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the City Manager to engage JOSEPH
SANDY in consultant work on the Encina Public Facilities and Land Use Manage-
ment Program; and
WHEREAS, the agreement, dated January 4, 1977, employing JOSEPH SANDY,
terminated June 30, 1977;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Carlsba
approve and authorize the City Manager to sign an agreement, attached hereto
marked as Exhibit "A", extending the appointment of JOSEPH SANDY as Project
Consultant for a period of two months terminating on August 31, 1977.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the 19th day of , 1977, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Skotnicki and Counci 1 woman Cas1 er
NOES: None
ABSENT : Councilman Packard
