RESOLUTION NO. 51 56
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
A MEMBER TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD PERSON-
NEL BOARD UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF
ORDINANCE NO. 1201.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1201 has changed the procedure
for appointment of members to the City of Carlsbad Personnel
Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct;
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to
serve as a member of the Personnel Board in the position to
continue under the authorization of Ordinance No. 1201 until
the date of expiration:
MARGARET BONAS for a term to expire June 30, 1979. an adjourned
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at 1 regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 20th day of July , 1977,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis and Skotnicki
NOES : None
ABSENT : Councilwoman Casler a
