HomeMy WebLinkAbout1977-08-02; City Council; Resolution 5160ll 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION NO. 5160 I I 1 ‘I A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING WITH CONDITIONS AN EXTENSION OF TENTATIVE MAP CT 74-14A (TEMPLIN HEIGHTS) UNITS 2 b 3. WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one year extensior of such map, from August 21, 1977 to AuGust 21, 1978; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to extend such map; MOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows: A. That the above recitations are true and correct. B. That Tentative Map CT 74-14A is hereby extended, subject to the execution and/or fulfillment of all the conditions of Resolution No. 5049. C. That said Tentative Map extension, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with all applicable General and Specific Plans of the City of Carlsbad. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council held on the2nd day of August , 1977 by the following vote, to wit: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 17th day of January, 1975 adopted Resolution No. 3565 approving with conditions Tentative Map CT 74-14, subject to its annexation to the City; and WHEREAS, said annexation was certified August 21 , 1975; and WHEREAS, the subdivider was granted a one year extension of such map from August 21, 1976 to August 21, 1977; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 3rd day of May, 1977 adopted Resolution No. 5049 approving with conditions the revised Tentative Map CT 74-14A; and e 0 AYES : Councilmen Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and NOES : None ABSENT: Councilman Frazee Councilwoman Casler -2-
