RESOLUTION NO. 52~0
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
MENT ADMINISTRATION AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE OFFER OF GRANT.
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF GRANT FROM ECONOFilIC DEVELOP-
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has applied for a grant to construct a
sanitary sewer on Ocean Street; and
InlHEREAS, the Economic Development Administration has offered a grant
in the amount of $189,315;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
:arl sbad as foll ows :
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Offer of Grant to construct the Ocean Street Sewer is
iereby accepted.
3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to sign the Offer of
;rant and other documents as may be necessary to secure the grant of funds.
