RESOLUTION NO. 5204
A RESOLUTTON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNTA DESXGNATTNG
PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON PONTO DRIVE NORTH OF THE PONTO OFF-RAMP ON CARLSBAD BOULEVARD.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
ilifornia as follows:
1. That "NO PARKING ANYTIME - TOW AWAY" be established on the
est side of Ponto Drive from a point 600 feet north of the Ponto
nterchange along Carlsbad Boulevard northerly for a distance of
,200 feet;
2. That "NO PARKING 12 MIDNIGHT - 6 A.M. - TOW AWAY" be
stablished on the east side of Ponto Drive from a point 600 feet
Drth of the Ponto interchange along Carlsbad Boulevard northerly
3r a distance of 1,200 feet.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
arlsbad City Council held on the 26th day of September , 1977
